Today, man decided to take on Pizza….. and Pizza WON!!

After all the preparation & anticipation, the day came and went. Funny how it all happened so fast. Regardless of the fact that we got rained out, we wouldn’t change anything.

We had the opportunity to launch our “Bite the Big Apple Challenge”, (check that out here) the opportunity to meet some local business’ and of course, the opportunity to “Taste Miami Lakes”. We had the pleasure of hosting a fund raising event last night for Mater.

The funds raised would benefit the graduating class of 2010, and we are excited to see what’s next for our future!

We were in full swing from 3:00 pm right up until 9:00pm. It was non-stop!

The kids from all the different senior teams were in full force trying to get anyone and everyone to help their team out.

It was absolutely hilarious.

Thank you Mater, for making this fund raiser fun and exciting. Even though we had to practically kick ya’ll out (ha, ha, ha); we loved every minute of it.

This event gave us an opportunity to learn from an amazing group of seniors who will change this world!

This Saturday, at The Taste of Miami Lakes, you will have the opportunity to get a Sneak Peak of what’s to come. Two teams of two people will compete to see who can eat a large cheese pizza the fastest.

You MUST be present by 6:35pm in order to participate. You can send us an email at info@pizzascene.com and we’ll put your name on the list (be sure to include a cell phone # and email). MUST be 18 years or older to participate.
